How to report a problem on a blog
The best way to report a problem on a blog is using the Report Problem button on the blog info page.
For the most common issues, you can select the problem and click
Try Automated Fix. Our system will then try to fix the blog automatically.
Please allow up to one hour for the scripts to run and then check the blog again. If it still does not work, return to the Report Problem and submit a request to support.

I want to set up Zoho email service
By default, emails are sent from the global email address associated with your EBN account (e.g., user_#@mailcrate.co). If you wish to send emails using your blog's domain, you must configure an external email provider for your blog. We recommend using Zoho Mail for this purpose. For more details, click
here.
I want to set up DKIM, DMARC and SPF txt records
We can configure the provided DKIM, DMARC and SPF txt records for your blog.
