Blog Mailbox

Easy Blog Networks provides an email service to receive, send, store and manage all of your blogs’ emails in one inbox.
Click on the Mailbox tab inside your EBN dashboard to view your Webmail page and login credentials.

Under Inbox, you can see emails sent to all your blogs’ valid addresses (info@yourblog.com and other compliance emails). Contact us to learn which addresses are available for receiving emails.
When replying to emails, the from address will show your Mailbox username ( user_#@mailcrate.co), the reply-to address will be the original recipient (info@yourblog.com or other).

If you want emails to be sent from your blog's domain, you need to Set up Email Sending and Receiving with Zoho.

Do not change any Mailbox Settings as they do not function (email rules, global forward, etc.). Do not change the password.

Emails in the Inbox folder are retained for 90 days. You can avoid deletion by moving emails to the Archive folder.

Setting up an Email Client

Since the provided web client offers limited functionality, it may be a good idea to set up an external email client.

To connect your Mailbox account to an external mail client like Thunderbird or Apple Mail, you will need the following:

  • Email Address (copy from EBN Mailbox)
  • Email Password (copy from EBN Mailbox)
  • Incoming mail server: mail.mailcrate.co
  • Outgoing mail server:
  • Incoming port: 993
  • Outgoing port: 465
