Easy Blog Networks uses AtMail service to receive, send, store and manage all of your blogs’ emails in one inbox.
Click on the Mailbox tab inside your EBN dashboard to view your Webmail page and login credentials.
Under Inbox, you can see emails sent to all your blogs’ valid addresses (email@example.com and other compliance emails). Contact us to learn which addresses are available for receiving emails.
When replying to emails, the from address will show your AtMail username (firstname.lastname@example.org), the reply-to address will be the original recipient (email@example.com or other). If you want to hide your username from the recipient, you will need to set up an Identity with AtMail. In the majority of use cases, this is not needed.
Do not change any AtMail Settings as they do not function (email rules, global forward, etc.). Do not change the password.
Setting up an Email Client
Since the provided AtMail web client offers limited functionality, it may be a good idea to set up an external email client.
To connect your AtMail account to an external mail client like Thunderbird or Apple Mail, you will need the following:
- Email Address (copy from EBN Mailbox)
- Email Password (copy from EBN Mailbox)
- Incoming mail server: imap-eu.atmailcloud.com
- Outgoing mail server: smtp-eu.atmailcloud.com
- Incoming port: 993
- Outgoing port: 465
