We respond to all tickets within 24 hours on working days and within 48 hours on weekends at the latest.

If you have not received a response there are two options:

  • We have not received your email (very rare).
  • You have not received our reply.
  • Support email was never created for the issue.

The best way to report a blog-specific issue or request is through the Report Problem button.
