Our payment processor, Paddle, sends customisable invoices for every transaction. The invoice is always sent to your registered email and you can add any information you need such as your address and company name.

You can save the invoice as a PDF:

  • Right click on the screen and go to print
  • Change location
  • Save as PDF

If you've been incorrectly charged for Sales Tax (VAT), please send an email to help@paddle.com with the relevant information (billing email, tax info, name, etc.) and a VAT refund will be issued.

ClickBank Subscription

For the invoice of payments processed through ClickBank, send an email to invoice@clickbank.com with the order number, company details, and VAT ID. They will refund the VAT charges and send you VAT-compliant invoices for all payments.
